2014 Summer

Summer is in full swing and these ladies are BUSY!  

 Morgan and Miranda finished their soccer season.  It was interesting to say the least, Miranda's favorite move was to trap the ball and sit on it.

 Maya is SO much fun. She is happy and funny but man, she is in to everything!

 First haircut!  Actually it was more like a trimming of 3 strands that hung in her face.  There are three more now that do the same thing.

 Everyone got their hair cut! Morgan sporting bangs, Miranda a little trim with a front french braid, Maya just let her cut the 3 strands for a sucker.

It is summer yet?

It's has been a long cold winter with lots and lots of snow.  We have been trying to make the best of it but everyone is officially ready to play outside with sunscreen and not snow gear!

Morgan had beach day at school so she wore her summer clothes under her snow suit.

Maya is almost 14 months.... Posted this a little late!

Maya wouldn't try her cake and then was very mad that she had frosting all over her!

Thank you Jesus! What a wonderful Christmas!

We had a great Christmas Eve with the Cass Family.  A great time was had by all. We love getting together with our family.  Papa read the story of Christmas to us, as is his tradition.  My mom used to do the same for us when I was growing up, it is something I think many people forget, to reflect on the true meaning of Christmas. 

We did not get to see my family this year as we had a little sickness going around and we didn't want to get our new nephew/cousin sick, we are still looking forward to meeting James Danial.

We made it home on Christmas day and Santa had not forgotten us!  The girls had a great Christmas!

Grandpa Was Here

My dad came up for Thanksgiving.  He got to spend some time playing with the girls.  I thought this picture was too cute not to share.

Getting our Tree

 We picked out a Christmas tree last weekend.  Luckily we did it before the temperature dropped so low. We are slowly freezing up here! Where is that global warming when you need it?

 As you can see we had lots of fun picking it out and having dad cut it down.  We just got it decorated today, a whole week later...

Morgan's Piano Recital

Morgan had her piano recital today.  She NAILED it.  You can hear Maya cheering for her!  I took out all the applause. : )
