How is my baby already 5 weeks old already?  She is changing very quickly, she is gaining weight like a champ and oh that hair, it doesn't seem to get any calmer...  it is a great conversation piece though!

 Papa got to meet Maya this last week, too bad he got so sick.  Get better soon Papa!

Morgan always singing...

Morgan sings, all the time.  She will sing her questions to me.  I get really annoyed and ask her to stop and can feel my mother glaring at me for telling my daughter to quit singing.  This time I dedided to surprise her a little while she was singing LOUDLY.

Baby Maya

Maybe it is because she is my last baby, but I feel like I am appreciating every noise, spit bubble and movement little miss Maya makes. Or maybe it is because the big girls take so much attention as well that I don't get to just hold her and stare at her like I did Morgan!  

Christmas 2012

Daddy got to open all the toys, if you have opened a Barbie lately and know how many rubber bands, tie downs & twist ties there are you understand the magnitude of his job on Christmas!

Can I hold the baby?

We have a constant battle going on at our house.  Morgan is a very good helper and will hold her baby sister whenever.  She also understands how important it is to sit still.  Miranda always wants a turn holding her sister but she tries to pitch her away when she is done.  I have to be right there at all times Miranda has Maya.  As you can see in the last picture, Miranda isn't pleased when Maya is taken away from her.  She is really good at crossing the arms and the sound "huh" when she is upset with me.

Maya Mackenzie

Maya was born at 3:26 a.m. on 12/21/12.  She weighs 7lbs 14 oz and is 20 inches long.  She is as perfect as can be and I feel very fortunate to have 3 healthy and beautiful daughters. What a Christmas present!  I hope I can remember how blessed I feel right now when these girls are  13, 15, & 18! 

Christmas Program

Morgan had her preschool Christmas program.  She and a few of her friends posed for some pictures afterwards.  She was not allowed to stand by her friends while she sang because her teacher said they were the only voices you could hear.  Instead we didn't hear her at all because she was upfront and center without her BFF's close.  It was very cute and she had a lot of fun but you could tell she was just a little nervous with all those people watching her. The last picture is me trying to get as much sympathy as possible for this never ending pregnancy...
