Grandpa's Little Helper

Grandpa Cass came and helped us get the water out of our basement. Once it was almost dry Morgan wanted to help Grandpa vacuum.

Morgan is quite the "talker". She keeps me entertained. Her favorite thing to do is to call attention to herself if anyone should dare pass her by without commenting to her about how cute she is. At the grocery store she grins and smiles as people stop and remind me that she has red hair but if they don't look at her they get an ear full from her as they walk by.

Poor Baby!

Morgan and Mommy took a little spill last week. After a few x-rays we found that Morgan didn't break her arm but it did take several days for her to use it. She is using it fine now but boy did Mommy feel bad. She made sure she could get around even without using her arm. She is taking more and more steps everyday but still is a "walker".

9 Month Photos

Morgan had her 9 month photos taken. These are just some that we liked.

Daddy and Morgan have fun playing with Caddy. Morgan loves Caddy and is constantly bugging her. Caddy puts up with it very well, if she gets annoyed she just gets up and moves. She really appreciates the food that Morgan shares with her. I caught Morgan teasing Caddy this morning with her breakfast, she would put it down and then quick pull it back up so Caddy could get a whiff but not a taste. (I hope!)

4th of July

Morgan and I had a great time over the 4th. We kept very busy by going to the pool, hanging out with the DeVores, visiting with many people, and playing with the Jacksons. We loved getting to spend time with C.J. and Brady. Morgan played with their cars and loved every minute of it. She enjoyed all the little kids we hung around.

Now that we are back home she is getting back into the swing of things. However, her first tooth just popped through this morning so she is a little grouchy. At last she is getting teeth!

Morgan and I went to a place in Byron that has a sprinkler park for big kids. Morgan enjoyed it while the sprinklers were fizzling out in-between the kids starting it over. She would crawl out into the water. I can't wait to take her to the swimming pool, she really seems to love the water. I just enjoy dressing her in her adorable bathing suit.
